A high-school student in central India has been recognised as the world’s shortest woman by Guinness World Records as she turned 18. Jyoti Amge, who is 62.8cm (24.7 inches) tall – shorter than the average two-year-old, said she hoped to earn a degree and make it in Bollywood.
